Cancelling your monthly gift

When giving opens, sign in at aikyam.fund and open My giving. Choose aikyam space to manage your gift on this site, fund.aikyam.space. Choose Cancel and confirm.

A confirmed cancellation stops future scheduled monthly payments. You do not need to contact your bank, your UPI app or us to cancel. A payment already being processed may need a separate refund request. Cancelling does not automatically reverse payments already collected.

You cannot currently pause a gift yourself. You can cancel and set up a new gift when you are ready, or contact us.

Refunds

A collected payment is a donation to T4G Impact Tech Foundation, not a purchase. Refunds are not automatic.

We will refund a payment if:

• It was charged in error: a duplicate charge, a technical fault on our side, or an amount that does not match what you agreed to.
• It was unauthorised: someone else’s card, UPI ID or mandate was used without your knowledge.
• You ask within 7 days of the charge, and no 80G receipt has yet been issued for it.

An ordinary receipt does not block the seven-day refund option.

Outside the error and unauthorised-payment cases, we will not usually refund a gift after 7 days or after an 80G receipt has been issued. We will not usually refund a gift simply because you changed your mind. You can cancel future monthly payments at any time.

If your situation is different, contact us and explain. We consider requests rather than applying this list mechanically.

Receipts and returned payments

If we refund a payment for which an 80G receipt has been issued, that receipt is cancelled and a corrected one is issued reflecting what you actually gave. You cannot claim an 80G deduction for a donation that was returned to you. We retain the original record and the refund history.

How refunds reach you

An approved refund goes back to the original payment method. It typically takes 5–7 working days to appear; processing time is handled by Razorpay and your payment provider.

We reply to requests within three working days.
